About me
Laura Demaree, M.Ed. (she/her) is a Coordinator of Student Services at the Oak Grove School District and a longtime leader in the Expanded Learning Field in Santa Clara County. She has managed state and federally-funded after-school programs and has been responsible for many local early learning initiatives throughout Santa Clara County. She sits on the local childcare planning council for Santa Clara County and is passionate about workforce development initiatives. During school breaks, she enjoys learning about Holistic/Alternative Healing Practices and is Certified in Usui Reiki, Breathwork, Workplace Meditation, and Sound Healing.
